Milestones @ 12 Months

I wanted to post some of my son's new milestones he's achieved this month so mommy wont forget:

• you can walk by yourself some (have moments when you fall half way & hold on for support) but we're working on that


• you are starting to move them hips by dancing to certain songs :)


• learning the words "No"
  
• rubs your hand across your mouth and babbles away


• still hasn't said "Momma" :(
  
• got 3 molars in your mouth this month


• starting to pronounce more letters
  
• rolls your trucks all around the house while saying "vroom,vroom"


• made new friends at daycare (4 boys, 1 girl)
  
• is really attached to his mama (when I drop him off in some places [daycare,sitters,gym daycare,church nursery] you start to cry and don't let go)


• Granddaddy's boy for sure (he spoils him to the max, that's why he loves him so much) :D


• you know your deer (when we ask you wheres the deer, you point to deer heads then say "Pow") Ha!
  
• got your first hair cut


• had an awesome b-day party w/ friends & family
• son, you can't fool me with them fake cries (seriously I think he's picking this up from other babies at daycare, it is a must see on video!!! Too cute!)
  
• got to meet your Grandma from Texas again

I think that just about sums it up!

Do you remember about a week or two ago I posted this? And said there was a surprise that I had to tell/show you all but you had to wait?!? No, I'm not pregnant! [for those of you who guessed that] =)This is what I've been dying to show you all!!!!

My friend, Bethany does photography on the side, so I asked her to take our pictures for Hunter's 1st birthday . She did a wonderful job!!! Thanks Bethany.
The only down side was the weather!!! We took them around 5, because we thought it would cool down outside, well it was VERY HOT outside that evening, 95%! . I was dripping with sweat, not comfortable at all. Plus my hair frizzed up, NOT good at all! If you know me, I worry about my hair ALL the time, and hate when it frizzes!!! :) Also my son wouldn't smile very much this day, I guess you can say he was a bit miserable.

Bethany said she liked some of them, but really wanted to take better ones when it turns cooler outside. She suggested in the Fall, when the leaves turn all sorts of beautiful colors, and not so hot. Wayne & I both agreed that would work out better.
