January- May 2014

2014 started off a rough year for Wayne's family, we lost a very good hearted woman on February 14th! Wayne's Granny went home to be with Jesus. She lived a long healthy life raising 5 children, and lots of Grandchildren and Great grand babies. She will never always think of her and cherish the house she left behind for us. God had bigger and great plans and he new what he was doing when he took her home!

 We moved out of our apartment and into Granny's home she left behind in March. It was such a huge blessing to us and we are so grateful for our new home!! We've done LOTS of remodeling on the inside and out, here is a picture of the new shingles that were put on. We love living here and couldnt' be anymore grateful!!

Since we got a back yard, we decided to bring home a new sibling, meet Maggie!!

I decided it was time for a big change, cut 9 inches off my hair for the spring/summer! I was in desperate need of a new look and I just LOVE it!! Feels so amazing!!

Some little boy got a visit from the tooth fairy because he lost his first baby tooth!!! :)

He was sooo excited. When his tooth was lose, that's all he'd talk about, drove me nuts and wouldn't keep his fingers out of his mouth! Crazy kid! He got $5 from the tooth fairy! Lucky him. ha

He also lost his 2nd tooth at school a few weeks after his first one came out right next to it.

 

We brought Tiger home to live with us after him being at my MIL's house for a few months, we couldn't keep him in the apartment, but now he's an outdoor and indoor kitty.

He's been wonderful to have back home!! We love Tiger!

 

 

TeeBall started up in April! Guess what team he's on again??

He's played so well this year, looking forward to next year, going for the couch pitch!!

The Easter Bunny came to town, ha. We had Easter dinner with my family at our house. It was nice having family over for the first time in our new home! Looking forward to making many more memories!

So our family photo didn't turn out so well.. go figure!!! ha

 

We're so proud of Hunter. His Art Work got picked to be on display for the schools wall of art show!!

He's such a great artist, got that from both his Momma and Daddy!

 Hunter had a school field trip at the Beach! We had so much fun and I enjoyed being there with him for this big day!

 We went skating for the first time with Hunter!! Went to my friends birthday party. He had a blast, and we busted our butts numerous times! Not cool!

We were beach babes last Saturday!! First time in the waves for this Summer!

The kids loved it!!

Now that I'm somewhat caught up, maybe I can stick with this! :)

Friends, Mom, Whistling, .. Playing catch up..

Okay this post was suppose to be for Septemeber ha. 

So I have reconnected with my ex BFF Christina, yes we made up after 3/12 yrs, I'm sure y'all remember the post I made back in 2010!? Anywho, we put the past behind us and made up. We also reconnected with another old friend, Erica!! Back in the day we were very close friends, and I've missed them so much!! It was great catching up with these ladies!!

Hunter went still hunting with me and is daddy for the first time!! He did pretty well Wayne said! 

This kid loves his four-wheeler, along with doing donuts!

And guess who surprised me and Hunter, GRANDMA!!! She surprised me in a Wednesday!! Who does that on an evening after work! Ha., 

We spent most days with her running the roads bc she didn't have bit 2 weeks down. Love that woman!!

Wayne and I went on a cruis for his annual boat banquet!! Took lost of beautiful photos and had lots of fun!!

Hunter has learned to whistle and it's ton the point where his cheeks look like they would hurt from forming his lips into a fish face ! Lol he does it everyday, (or did in September) one funny story, Wayne told me; him and Hunter got home one evening and they were getting out of truck, well there was this girl walking her dog, and Hunter just out of he blue whistles like he always do, like the whistle when u are whistling at a girl. Ha. He didn't see her, he was just being himself, and Wayne said  that girl gave him the most rudest look ever and he had to tell Hunter to stop. It was quit funny but embarrassing to Wayne!! Baha.. Funny stuff kids do! 

Summer endings @ the Beach

Saturday Hunter and I made a Beach trip!

I just wanted to relax and not have to worry about anything or anyone for the day

It was VERY much relaxing and I enjoyed playing with my little tootabugs just me and him.

and not to mention the weather was perfect, in the 80's!!!

 Moments like these will always be in my heart.

What a way to end the last Summer season... ♥
