Yeah I'm a bit late! Ha.
We celebrated Mother's Day Weekend off by first going to an awesome Concert with my love!! We got to see good ole' Alabama play some country music on stage with friends of ours. We had a pretty awesome night!!
For Mother's day Hunter brought home something special for me, and I'll never forget how I received it..... :)
Hunter brought home a decorated paper bag that he handed to me after he got off the bus and said that was my Mother's Day gift. I reached inside and pulled out some tissue paper that had nothing in it. So I asked was that what he made me for mother's day, he said yes. I thought that was a bit bizarre if you ask me! I notice a necklace he was wearing and asked him if that was mine? He said no we made these for ourselves in class. I was very disappointed at the time because out of all the years I've been a mommy, this was the first I didn't receive any decorative card from Hunter for school nore a gift (as I thought). I had a feeling that necklace was mine. lol Later on at the ball park field during the game,I tricked him and asked Hunter where's my necklace he mad me? He says I left it at the house, I said oh so that was mommies necklace? He said with a puzzled look, oh yeah it's for u, I tricked you!! Haha he said he liked the color purple and liked the necklace so he wanted to keep it!
I ended up messaging his teacher and she said they were suppose to be wrapped up in bag for me. Lol he's a little trickster!! Ha that made my Mother's Day all worth the little disappointment that I had build up in me.

Sunday we sat with Wayne's mom in Church then took her out to eat at a Japanese restaurant, Wasabi's and had the best lunch!! I made her this adorable picture frame of all her Grand-babies. It was really nice to celebrate Mother's day with her, just wish my mom could have been there too, which would have been even better! :)
