Zoo Trip

We had a really fun weekend with BEAUTIFUL weather.
Saturday was the Charleston Air Show, we didn't go because It's always crowded but we were in Charleston to pick up a part for my car, and while at the Northern Tool we sat outside on the tractors and watched some of the airplanes. Hunter was so tickled he loved watching them. We said maybe next year we'll take him when he's a little older.

Rocking Mommy's sunshades because the sun was too bright for him to look up in the sky. :)

Sunday Wayne & I took Hunter to the Columbia Riverbank Zoo. He hasn't been since he was a few months old so we figured now would be a good time to take him again. He really enjoyed seeing all the animals but most of all he was more interested in the choo choo train, the "hay hay" (horsey), and water. He started to get a a little fussy towards the end of our zoo trip and wasn't a good listener. Made Mommy & Daddy get a little frustrated but over all we had a good time. A few photos from the Zoo.
(Excuse the picture overload)

He loved the choo choo train the most I think, he had to ride it twice.
his first horse ride... as he calls it Hay hay. Ha.

(don't ask me what that pose is all about)

Our only family picture together and we waited til the end of the day... not so good. Take a good look at how mean our son looked. He wasn't very happy & was ready for a nap.

These are the days I live for

Thanks ladies for your advice on my hair. I did get it cut but not short. I wanted to but then again I figured I'd miss it way too much so I got a few choppy layers in it that's blended with my long hair. I LOVE it! It's so much lighter & thin now!

Over the weekend we did a whole lot of nothing. :) I actually had a relaxed stress free weekend. I went to our towns yearly Flowertown Festival with my SIL on Friday, fun, fun. Then I bought Hunter's Easter basket, everything for $1 at the dollar store (so much cheaper & great stuff). Then on Saturday we lounged around most of the day then went to Bee City (a restaurant/petting zoo). They have so many different animals & Hunter loved it. This was his 2nd time to a zoo but he actually new what was going on around him this time than last year, and he was really more into the rocks & sticks on the ground than the animals. lol We had fun though. He got to feed the monkeys. :)

Sunday was nothing but P.J day, lol. I started getting a sinus infection Saturday night so we skipped church & stayed in our pj's all day while it rained. Nothing more relaxing than that!

And to the days that I live for.......this little man stole mommies heart with all them smiles & giggles he's always showing ♥

kisses to daddy

& to mommy

Hope you all have a wonderful week. It's a short one for me work Mon-Wed. then off Thursday for Good Friday! Yay!

PS: If you read this could you please say a prayer for my MIL?!? She was sick all weekend with what she thought was just bronchitis, then ended up going to Dr. Sunday, and was diagnosed with double Pneumonia. Thank you. ♥
