Christmas 2011

Celebrating CHRISTmas this year was so wonderful!!
We spent plenty of time with our family this year and we enjoyed every moment!
~WARNING: Picture overload!!!~
The weekend before Christmas we spent the weekend in Greenville with my husbands family. We had a great time while visiting his Uncle Sonnys home. It's always a joy to have so many family members to spend the holidays with, especially 45 people in one house!! Ha.
Here are a few photos of our time in Greenville with the Callahan family. ♥

~Thursday~
the weekend before Christmas Hunter and I took a road trip to visit with my Grandma Dot for the day. I have missed her so much, I hardly ever get the chance to see her because It's a good drive so it was nice to spend the day with her. Wish my mom could have been there then it would have been a PERFECT Christmas! ♥ I miss you Momma!!

Christmas morning we woke Hunter up around 8 o'clock (Yes, I said 8 o'clock,ha, he was lazy) and told him Santa left presents for him to open up. He jumped up half a sleep and headed into the living room to see if Santa Clause ate all his cookies and milk then his face lit up as he turned around to see that he left a bunch of presents for him. ;) It was bitter sweet. ♥

He got lots of great gifts this year, a few trucks, games, clothes, shoes, and a new bike (from G-ma)!!
He was in heaven. :-)

After we opened up presents at our house we loaded up and headed to my Granny's house for dinner.

Christmas at my Granny's house this year was the best Christmas we've had in a LONG time! The past few years have felt like an empty Christmas without many loved ones there. I'm so happy to see that my dad has found a really wonderful woman since his last divorce, I believe she'll be his wife one day and they'll live a long happy life together! My brother finally has a girlfriend that he calls his and seems happy and we love her. My Aunt and her daughter were there this Christmas and even my brother Kenny showed up who I hardly get see much.

I thank God for sharing this Christmas with such wonderful family and I am looking forward to many more like this one. ♥

Hunter opening all of his presents from everyone.

He got so many toys and such it ain't even funny. Ha!
Papa & Mrs. Chantel (Dads girlfriend) bought him a Thomas train puzzle, paint book, train set, Leap frog tag book, coloring doodle pad
Uncle Bubba & Miss Beth bought him a Tonka truck with four wheeler, and a remote control monster truck
GeeGee bought him lots of nice clothes
Thanks you all!!

Later that evening we headed home to eat dinner with Wayne's parents and we had the cousins come over to open up there gifts.

We saved a gift under the tree for Hunter to open with his cousins.

He got an awesome tool kit to help out Daddy when he works on things. :)

Can't leave out our other son Shadow. :)

My sis-n-law and her family minus Miranda.

Our lil family.

Hubby, his sister, and Mom and Dad.

Cousins ♥

We enjoyed a nice dinner that Christmas night and played with lots of new toys. :-)
We were all exhausted by time it turned dark out so we called it an early night.

~Monday~
We visited Wayne's Granny for a few

Also we went to the beach where Wayne's Papa lives and visited with them a little while.

Four generations.

Me and my niece who went with us.

After visiting with hubbys folks we walked on the beach for a few minutes,

Hunter loved it.

To bad it was freezing out or we would have put our toes in the sand. ♥

We then went out to eat at our favorite expensive restaurant, California Dreaming!
It was mine and hubbys Christmas gift to each other since we didn't have the money for presents this yr.

It was delicious and the view was incredible!!
I believe some little boy loved it to! ;)

I can honestly say CHRISTmas was WONDERFUL!!
What a gift on Christmas day to know that our father God gave us this day to remember the birth of our savor Jesus Christ so that we can have salvation! ♥ We have so much to be Thankful for and are blessed beyond measures.
Happy Birthday Jesus!! ♥

"For this I was born and for this I have come into the world, to bear witness to the truth” (John 18:37).
MERRY CHRISTmas
