Thank you all for your sweet comments from the last post!!! I really appreciate your feed back & the great advice! The past is past, done & I'm moving on! :)
Here's what we did over the weekend. Friday my husband & I took the four-wheeler out for a ride all day along with my SIL & her hubby. It was so HOT but we had a good time. By the end of the day I was soo ready to get home. This heat is so miserable!
How ya like my braids? lol thought it was something cute & different for me. ;)

On the way home from riding all day, Wayne & I drove home with this bad boy...
a used 2004 Ford F150! Didn't cost us a dime to put down & payments are way cheap. We need a family truck very BADLY! The Ford truck Wayne had before drink way too much gas & the ac kept going in & out so we said we'd try selling it or using it to hunt out of. I'm so happy we got this. :)
Saturday I cleaned house all morning & just hung around the house for most of the day. Hunter wanted to be lazy and sleep for 3 hours. I had to wake him up so we could head over to my Granny's house for dinner. She cooked a wonderful meal as always & got to spend time with her Great-grand baby.
Sunday we went to church. I signed up to teach the 2 year old Sunday School class for this upcoming year. I'm so excited about it. I taught my first year ever w/ my SIL the year before last & loved it but wanted to try a Sunday school for myself. But now I'm going to teach again with Tammy & cannot wait! Hunter maybe in our class too, that should be really interesting. Ha. :) Most of the day we lounged around again. I wasn't very productive over the weekend but enjoyed the relaxation.
I forgot to post this picture of my babies school picture last week. Ya'll my baby is getting so big & it sure does show in these pictures. Sigh... can't believe how fast he has grown. Hope you all have a wonderful week.

I go Potty..
*proof =)

I’ve been sitting him on his potty a few times a week here & their to get the feel of it, like I’ve read about. We also got him a “I go Potty” book that we usually read every other night. I’m not saying that those things helped him but I know that it’s one step closer to him becoming potty trained. We’ll have to definitely start practicing more often than usual, but don’t want to rush him.

If your curious to know what we did over the weekend, well it wasn’t much….
Friday I did a little shopping for my ahem.. friends baby shower (I’ll get back to my so called “friend” later, that calls for another post). My husband & I drove around searching for another vehicle we could purchase for cheap but big enough for the 3 of us to fit. Didn’t find anything. Later that evening I took Hunter to get his hair cut for the 5th time. He actually sat all by himself & did very well. His hair stylist even used the trimmers on his hair.

--- Saturday I cleaned most of the day (even though I should have done that Friday). We were going to go outside and play in Hunter’s mini pool but it started raining. =( Sunday morning I got up & my baby boy’s butt was as raw as can be, he had runny diapers for 2 days. Poor guy was in so much pain. Needless to say we didn’t go to church because of this, so we just lounged around the house. That evening as Hunter was napping mommy laid out in the sun for a while, then once little man woke up we played in his pool, and road the four wheeler around.
We finally got a truck Sunday evening. My Sil’s husband had an old Ford he let my husband have for cheap. It is in good condition, and lots more room than the yota! We love it & couldn’t be happier. NO PAYMENT! SCORE!!! :) Anyways that was our weekend. Hope you all are having an awesome week so far. Two more days before
the my weekend, then It’s off for four days. Yay.
