Well lets just say by time we were done with the interview I was already in line to sign up RIGHT away. We just new this would be perfect for Hunter. It’s so much better than the daycare he is attending now. Don’t get us wrong, we LOVE St. Luke’s daycare center but oh my word, this one is wonderful!! You may ask why, well I have to explain the difference because I’m overwhelmed….
This daycare center is only 3 years old, was established in 2008 by a young mother of 2 who happened to decide that she wanted to open up her own daycare business and that’s what she did. This daycare is family oriented, Christian related, has bigger classrooms than St. Luke’s, hands on curriculum activities , bright color walls, you have to punch in a code to get into the building, there is a camera set up in each class room, all you have to do is go online and check on your kid whenever you want (how awesome is that!!!), they provide breakfast (we had to supply that @ St.Lukes) snack, lunch, they will wash any dirty clothes he may have messed up within that day, washes the kids blankets each Friday for nap, have a biting rule that if your child gets bit after 3 times, they will have a conference with the other child’s parents, and if it happens again they will be discriminated (I love that bc my child gets bitten EVERY week, Literally), they are very clean, friendly, have wood chips instead of sand on playground (think goodness), open’s from 6-6:30 (A+), that helps us out tremendously. I could go on & on but their really isn’t much more to say than how much I love it & pray that this is the right move for our baby.
I know that this will be a big adjustment for Hunter, but I also know that he will catch on quickly to the changes and will make new friends in no time. His teachers sure are going to miss him at St. Luke’s. His teacher called me today (Tara a young lady who doesn’t have kids yet) and said she heard tomorrow was his last day, & she said when she found that out, it about made her cry bc Hunter was so loved by his teachers. And I’m sure like all people we all get attached to a certain someone and will miss them if we ever left, and I can see that coming from a teacher. ♥ He sure was well known around the school. Every time we would walk him down the hall way, everyone would say “Hi Hunter”. They were always talking about how cute he was and commenting on his beautiful thick blonde hair & blues eyes. St. Luke’s is such a wonderful school and I couldn't thank them enough for all the things they have done for our little man. They’ve helped him grow from being a baby to a toddler and taught him so many new things over the year. We thank you so much St. Luke’s and you will truly be missed & remembered because this was Hunter’s 1st daycare. We also want to Thank Jennifer (our friend) for taking Hunter into her home in the mornings and taking him to school! You truly helped us out so much & we appreciate everything!!! ♥

Sunday was a relaxing day! I skipped church (shame on me) and stayed cooped up inside all day wearing nothing but my pj's. :) I was so tired Sunday & didn't feel like doing much of nothing. It was a busy weekend for sure but had fun doing it. This weekend will def. be a relaxing one too. I've got some good news to share tomorrow. NO I'm not expecting, don't even get that idea in your head. Ha!

Wayne also took me out to the hunting club for the evening, we went hunting for some coyotes. Had a lot of fun, I didn't see any

Over all I had a wonderful Mother's Day! Hope you ladies did too. ♥

He had fun in his pool, hopefully we'll get him a bigger one some day. Then we cut the grass & road around on the four wheeler for the majority of the evening.
