I didn't do a whole lot this weekend. Friday morning I went hunting, had no luck, then cleaned house all day & laid out for a while, witch was really nice. I got lots of sun!
My husband and his friend had cleaned up the mess from his shed that got burned down. I was proud of them, because they cleaned it all in one day!
Saturday was a slow day. I lounged around the house, had Hunter mow the lawn for a bit. Ha! I mostly spent time with little man all day.
Sunday Wayne & I went to church "together". Before, I was teaching the 2 year old Sunday School class with my SIL, and since this was a new year I thought I'd give it a break. My husband and I never drove to church together, and it was a bit hard on me taking Hunter every morning to his class. We have 3 different services on Sunday morning. 8, 9:30, and 11. We were attending the 11 o'clock service bc of me teaching the children, but now we started back going to 9:30 service. I really enjoy the music a lot better and there are younger couples our age that attend, the preaching is the same for all service. I would really love to get more involved with our church. I thought about joining a Sunday school class this year. I'm just not too sure witch one to join just yet. I want to be able to meet other marriage couples our age, and really get involved with God's word. I feel like Wayne & I both have back slide a lot these past months. Please pray for us!
Hunter also got promoted to a different class in his Sunday School. He moved down the hall with the bigger babies. He is getting so big! :)

My husband is so thrilled for this upcoming weekend. It's the first weekend of Alligator season, and luckily he got picked to hunt these huge gators in the lower lakes of S.C! He has been preparing for weeks now for this hunting trip. Unfortunately we don't own a boat
Instead we drove to the lake and walked around a bit looking for gators. We had no luck seeing any from where we were, but I did get a gorgeous view of the lake and the beginning of a Rainbow (above look really close and you'll see it forming)
Monday was one heck of a Labor day! I drove out to the hunting club for the day. I took Hunter with us and he got to show off his four-wheeler to everyone. I got to hunt one drive (dog hunt), didn't see anything but a doe. My husband missed a huge buck that morning. He was so mad! :/ We grilled sausage on the grill and had a pretty good day.
That is until my son got so sleepy he just about drove mommy nuts! I was going to hunt one more time, but this little boy needed some rest! He fought his sleep so hard Monday. Poor thing. You can see in his eyes he was tired!Over all not a bad weekend. Did you notice my son's shirt?!? Yes, if you can't tell, he has a Clemson (college football team) shirt on that says, " I Eat Chicken & my veggies". If your a football fan or not, in our family we are huge Clemson Tiger fans! Our team won there first game on Saturday! Woop, woop for them Clemson baby! I love football! :) So glad it's finally here!

Today's not been my kind of a work day! I started feeling like crap yesterday evening, then last night my throat started killing me. And now I haven't been my usual self. I feel like a zombie walking around my office, I can barley hold my eyes open. It was a long night of no rest for me last night. But I'm here at work, and trying to stick it out. Also my son & husbands got a touch of a cold as well. I guess this change of weather. Ugh!
Hope you all have a great week! Sorry my post are so long! :)

I will pray for ya, we have been trying to find a church that had a program for young married couples too. We live in a college town though, so they mostly market to them.

What a fun and busy week!
I'm so happy that you and Wayne were able to finally go to church together! It's the same thing at my church... 9:30 is so much more lively. I certainly will pray for you as you dig even deeper into your relationship with God and hopefully find a great class to belong to! It's so exciting when you realize the areas you want to improve and then set out to make it happen. God will do big things for you!
Sorry to hear about the hunting. Your seasons are so different from up here in New York! Deer season doesn't start till November. And alligators... forget it up here! It sounds so fun but scary too.
Those pics of Hunter are just so precious! He seems like such a happy guy :)
I hope you feel better soon! It's that time of year again for colds :(
