4th of July Weekend

We had a great 4th of July weekend. Wayne had off all weekend so we got to spend a lot of time together. Saturday Hunter & I spent the day with my Granny. We drove up to her brothers house & filled up a few jugs with Spring water. Hunter loved playing in the water. Thank goodness mommy remembered to bring his water shoes. Afterwards we went to my Granddaddy's grave sight. I haven't been to visit since over a year. My granny cut the grass a little bit & we cleaned up around his tombstone. We had a wonderful time just spending time outside. It was such a beautiful day (low 80's), I'm sure Granddaddy was happy we came to visit. :)

Sunday we had a wonderful service at church, then came home & took a little nap. We cut up our watermelon that day & Hunter really enjoyed it as you can see. We then went to our friends house for a cook out & fireworks. We had a awesome time & really enjoyed it. Hunter got to shoot a few fireworks off himself, he especially loved the poppers. Poor baby was soo tired by the end of the night, he didn't go to bed until 10:30. The latest he's stayed up since he's been born I do believe! Ha!

Monday Tammy & I took the kids to the beach. We had great weather & lots of fun. Worked out perfect because the tide was out too!!!

It sure did go by quickly but enjoyed the time off. Now I can't wait for this weekend! HA!
