Rain Rain Go Away

As I sit in my office all day today, it has done nothing but pour down rain here in South Carolina. What a very yucky day. On my lunch I had to drive in this nasty rain and let me tell you it wasn't a pretty picture. Our streets down town has been completely under water, and you could barely see how to drive on the interstate. But it was for a good reason that I had to leave for lunch.
See usually I don't go anywhere for lunch because we only have 30 minutes, and I usually bring my lunch. But I had to leave to pick up my prize that I won off the radio two, yes I said two days in a row. I had to pick it up today because I won't be back down this way until Monday. So I tried avoiding as much water puddles as I could. I made it back safely, thank God.

You maybe wondering what I won two days in a row, or could care less, well I won Keith Urban's new CD that hasn't even hit stores yet, & a "Battle of the Sex" game board. Hurray for me. I tell you what I have been so blessed to win 4 times in the past 2 months. It seems as if everyday or week I am winning something off of the radio. I have never been this lucky. (you can see how hard I work every day, hah! )

---------------

My weekend to come is going to be a busy one for me. Well I say busy but every day is a busy day for me, somewhat.

We are having our first Passion Play Friday night. I'm not sure If I have talked about this yet, but our church, Old Fort Baptist, has a passion play every year. We have it the first weekend of April & Easter weekend. It is such a very powerful performance that we share to the community, and cost is free. Our theme is like the movie Passion of the Christ, Jesus resurrection. I'm telling you it looks so real. When I first saw this play last year, I cried so much because you can feel the power of God just taking over in that church. It really sends a powerful message to you.

-If your ever in the state of SC around this time you should definitely come visit our Passion Play! I promise you, you won't be disappointed & will get a cry out of it!

I will be busy on the production crew this year, working every weekend. I just hope that this year's play sends a message to those who don't know Jesus Christ as there savior.

With that said, I haven't really spoken much about Hunter these past few days. I first want to say how blessed I am to have such a precious sweet baby boy. He is the key to my heart. Everyday now, when I get home from work and see Hunter, he just smiles the biggest smile & reaches out for me. That just makes my day. He has improved so much within the last month. These are a few things I have noticed he has improved in, he reaches out to us, sits up by himself, eats like a maniac, babbles a lot. It won't be too much longer and that boy will be crawling and saying "mama, dada".

Where has the hours & days gone?

-Have a nice weekend, and I will be back to update on Monday.

Also lets please remember baby Stellan as we go about our daily lives. Continue to lift him & his family up in prayer.

well hopefully you are dried out from all the rain last week - congrats on winning the 2 prizes - I can't say I have ever won even one thing, so you are definitely on a lucky streak. ;)
