Country Boy at Heart

We had a pretty low key weekend.Friday I went with Wayne to see an eye lazer specialist. Wayne has been complaining about wearing contacts for as long as I've known him and the job he works at doesn't help his eyes much with all the dirt & chemicals flying in the air. I said I was going to call and make an appointment for him since he "never" seems to want to call himself, figures a woman always has to do a man's job. Ha. Well we went in to see the specialist and I am so happy for my hubby... he'll be having eye surgery on April 27th and can say "Good bye" to contacts & glasses for the rest of his LIFE!! I am beyond excited for him to be able to see like normal people and I know he's going to feel so much better. The good thing about this lazic procedure is it only takes 10 minutes for the surgery and doesn't cost near as much as we thought it would. This will be a huge life experience change for Wayne, so I ask that you please pray for him when he does get ready for his surgery and that all goes well afterwards.

Saturday was a fun filled day for my little tootabugs. He was invited to a birthday party @ Rolly Pollies (which is a preschool gym filled with lots of fun things to do) by his friend from school, Christian who turned 3. Hunter had a BLAST with his buddy at the birthday party. They did all sorts of things like, jumping and sliding down the blow up castle, jumping on trampoline, crawling on monkey bars, walking on the balance beam, hanging from the sky lift and jumping in the foam pit (kinda like the balls but foam blocks),did some rock climbing and so much more. They did this for an hour then the kids ate lunch, and had birthday cake. Hunter really enjoyed himself Thanks to Christian and his sweet family! This is what he did as soon as I drove out the parking lot.... (I didn't get any pictures of the party, oops)

After arriving home and napping 2 hours later we road with Granddaddy out to a hunting club near my Granny's house for him to check out and join. While checking out this hunting club and riding around I snapped some REALLY cute pictures of this handsome little boy..

(notice his belt?? It has his name imprinted in the back and has some trees with a few deer/bucks on it)bought it at the deer classic we went to last weekend =)

"Hi Mommy"

That's our lil' Southern Country Boy at ♥

Sunday we went to church then the boys relaxed most of the day while mommy got to hunt turkeys that evening. The hubby wasn't too happy about that, ha! A girl needs her own time too, whether It's shopping, hanging out with friends or... HUNTING! (I think I'm beginning to be worse than my husband/with hunting all the time even though he was the one who introduced me to hunting ) Ha! Of course I didn't see or hear the first turkey, but it was relaxing being in the woods by myself enjoying God's green Earth and all It's nature!(don't laugh ya'll) :)

Who new that would be me one day hunting! Gotta love it.

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend, Happy Monday! Blah. :D

I am sooo jealous that Wayne is getting Lazic surgery! I want it done SOOO bad!!! I hope that it all goes well.

Hunter is SUCH a typical boy. I know I have said this many times. Like seriously though, next to boy in the dictionary Hunter's name is the definition!
