Weekend Ramble

I can’t believe I didn’t really take any pictures over the weekend. Except for the 1 or 2 on my mobile. How crazy is that, & I love taking pictures of my baby. :)

Oh these weeks are flying by so fast!!! Thursday after work I went to pick up Hunter’s last birthday gift from Toys-r-us. I’m so excited I can’t hardly wait. I also got a few winter shirts for him ( bc I’m sure it wont be summer for long, at least I’m praying for cooler weather ASAP) from a lady who had tones of baby clothes she was selling all for $1! I bought 13 long sleeves & 2 jackets all for $15. Can’t beat that.

I am getting pretty excited about Hunter’s birthday. This year is going to be so much more fun for him & opening his birthday gifts. I told Wayne the other day, I can’t believe our baby will be two in two weeks. I almost want to cry just thinking about how fast he has grown & how fast time flies. It amazes me, that we’ve made it this far. Ha. And my mom will be flying in the same day as his party, so she wont miss it! She’ll also be here for 3 weeks. I cannot wait to spend time with her, I miss her like crazy!!!

Anyways, Friday the hubby and I went out to the hunting club to prepare a little bit more for hunting (coming up this weekend). I cleaned out our camper we use during hunting season & got that all nice & clean & ready to stay in this weekend.

Saturday I cleaned up around the house that morning, then went to Wayne’s nephew Darren’s 6th birthday party. It was funny seeing Darren open his presents because some little boy wanted to open some too & was grabbing all the gifts thinking they were his. Ha, it was cute.

Sunday we went to church. Had a great service.
Every 2nd Sunday of the month I have to watch Hunter’s class, which I thought would be fun to do. Well lets just say that may have been a bad idea. Whenever Hunter knows that Mommy’s in charge, he thinks he can do what he pleases, & get away with it because mommy’s in the class. I tell you what, my child is so bad in his class, I feel so sorry for the other children. Hunter gets so jealous when I pick up another child or help them he wants to tug at my leg or wants to be held too. He wants all the attention. He throws balls at them, slaps them in the head/face, takes their toys away, and doesn’t listen AT ALL when I tell him to do something. Goodness grief I get hot flashes just writing about it. Lol But when I’m not their, of course he’s an angel. Kids! I know what, I’m not sure how long I can take of this. He does not listen! I may have to be a little more stricter on him that’s for sure.

After all that was over, we went home and took a nice long nap because it wore me out with all them kids. :-)

It was a nice weekend, but not long enough. I’m ready for the week to end, so I can start my first year of still hunting on Monday! My husband & I are so ready to hunt, it’s not even funny. Have a good week!
