I'm a P90X Graduate!!!

Wow, where do I begin...

Since June 3rd, I'm an official P90X graduate, I CANNOT BELIEVE IT MYSELF!!

I've brought some tears, laughter, and hurt to this game and It was all worth it!!

I started this journey on March 4th, and I can't tell you how hard it was to commit every night, when I failed I picked myself back up, it WAS NOT EASY!! That's why I gave it my best.

I never imagined me being in this position AT ALL!! I thought to myself, okay I'll start this P90X thing and try it. I tried it and "wanted" to give up after the first few days, It was tough! But I kept reminding myself that I'm doing this for ME and no one else, and I'm not going to depend on or make someone else my excuse! . I don't care how late I stay up, how hard the workout is, I'm going to give it the best I got....

Now look at me... a 90 day graduate, I worked my tail off, I strived everyday!! Yes there were some bumps in the road and I felt like giving up, and I ate horribly, and I skipped workouts, but we are all human, we fail then pick ourselves back up! The same goes for my heart, granted I drifted away from God while doing this 90 day program, I was more interested in exercising and eating healthy and what every other health phony was doing, and not feeding my sole with the word of the God. We all make mistakes, we're human, no ones perfect! I've learned to pick myself back up, lift my heart to Jesus, and let him lead the way.

Not only did Team Beach Body change my life, but It's lead me to meet a great group of people across the world who are seeing the same results as I am and getting healthy and being the best shape of there life!! The support hear at TBB has been AMAZING!!! I'm so thankful for the many men and women who guided me through this and never gave up on me. We helped each other and It feels wonderful!!

Being fit and eating healthy everyday has changed my whole entire life style, the way I eat, live, think, talk to people, my mind is set to positive things now and I don't worry so much now days. I have 10 times more energy than I've ever had! It's a life changing experience for sure!! I'm also changing other peoples lives by showing them my accomplishments and I'm motivating others with my inspirational journey and THAT feels AMAZING!!

I am happy with my results, not 100% where I wanted to be, but I'm beyond thrilled! I didn't eat healthy like I should have and being that said, I could have had better results. But I'm okay with that. Next round I plan on giving it my best and eating better... NO MORE JUNK FOOD... GRRR... Dang food! haha

I've lost a total of 8 inches off my body, dropped down 1 pant size to a 7/8 from 9/10-11, I lost 4lbs down to 133 now, and I'm an all around happy young hot momma and wifey!! haha :)

Thank you Lord for granting me this dream I never new could have exist!!!
